Terms and Conditions

Please read my Terms and Conditions. I will kindly ask you to sign that you have read them on your client intake form.

1. Please have your horse groomed and ready to be saddled by the start of your appointment time.

2. Please note that your horse will be ridden by you during the appointment if the saddle fits well enough to be ridden in. If your horse is unable to be ridden, accommodations can be made.

3. Horses can be unpredictable, I, nor my business, is to be held liable for any injuries that may happen during or after the saddle fitting appointment to horse, rider, facilities, or equipment.

4. Horse's bodies change, please know that you may buy a saddle for your horse but over time it may change to not fit. This is not due to a poor fit, but rather a change in your horse. Please come to me for another evaluation when this time arises.

5. I reserve the right to not fit a horse due to poor condition of the horse's body, feet, riding environment, or rider condition.

6. I am not to be held liable for any changes or damages to the saddle that are done by someone else.

7. Photos will be taken at your appointment for marketing, record-keeping, and educational purposes. Should you not want your photos used, please let me know ahead of time.

8. It is recommended to get a fit every 6 months to ensure a consistent fit for your horse. If you feel there has been a change before the 6 month period, another appointment is welcomed if your horse is healthy and able to be ridden.

9. If there is an issue that you see with the fit, please contact me first before leaving a bad review. I am always happy to fix any issues and want to make sure that you and your horse are happy!

10. I am not a vet nor a medical practitioner, I cannot diagnose your horse in any way but can make referrals to professionals in the field.
